We give the highest priority to compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements. If we are able to detect violations at an early stage, we can take appropriate action to prevent or mitigate harm to customers, employees, business partners and the company itself.

If you have information about a suspected act of wrongdoing or violation of rules at Allianz UK, you can report your concerns via our online reporting tool:

Allianz UK investigates all reported concerns and ensures they remain confidential and that all involved parties are treated equally. Your concerns can only be investigated if you provide us with sufficient information, so we ask you to include as much detail as possible.

You may choose to report your concerns anonymously, but it helps our investigations team if we are able to contact you, in case we have further questions. We will always protect your identity. We encourage you to use the online reporting tool, which allows you to set up an electronic mailbox. This protects your anonymity and enables us to confirm receipt of your report and request further information from you to support our investigation.

If we have a means of contacting you, we will confirm receipt of your report within seven days.

We treat your information as confidential and take appropriate steps to make careful use of all information we receive, and to safeguard the interests of everyone involved. We always protect your anonymity and only disclose reports to the extent necessary to investigate an allegation or where disclosure is required in connection with applicable legal or regulatory proceedings. All data provided is processed in accordance with applicable data privacy requirements.
Allianz UK does not tolerate any form of actual, threatened or attempted retaliation against anyone who submits a report in good faith or who assists with an investigation, regardless of the outcome of the investigation.

You can also report your concerns directly to a relevant UK regulator or authority (e.g. the Financial Conduct Authority, the Prudential Regulation Authority, HM Revenue and Customs, the Information Commissioner’s Office).
